Please note the following points:
- Please have your referral form, health insurance card, and, if applicable, your exemption card ready. Without a referral form, we can usually only treat emergency patients!
- Please remember to bring all doctor's letters, findings, and images from radiology (on CD/QR code) to each appointment. This will greatly assist us in diagnosis and determining the appropriate therapy.
- Please bring a current medication plan with you. We also ask you to bring any important medical findings, even if they do not relate to your current illness. Previous illnesses are also relevant for optimal treatment.
- Please always bring any emergency medication you may need (e.g., asthma inhaler, nitrospray, insulin).
- If you have a hearing aid, please always bring it with you.
- Emergency patients, children, and seriously ill patients are given priority treatment. We ask for your understanding in this matter!
- As the legal guardian of a patient, please bring your guardian ID card and, if applicable, information about the patient's medical history.
- Please note that in some cases it may take several hours to complete your examinations and treatments. Therefore, please bring time and food with you if necessary.
